CLUSTER, STORAGE, NETWORKING AND BACKUP.
Four decisions determine how the environment survives a node failure and how it is recovered. We make them from your workloads and availability requirements.

SUPPORT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS.
SHEBANG helps with your environment
Architecture and networking, deployment, changes, troubleshooting, backup and recovery. Ongoing support and operations can be included under a separate agreement, where we agree on scope, hours and contact routes.
Proxmox provides product support through a subscription
Every level includes the Enterprise Repository, the stable package channel we recommend in production. Basic, Standard and Premium are the production support levels; Community is meant for test and lab use and has no Proxmox ticket support. Tickets with Proxmox cover installation, use, configuration and troubleshooting of Proxmox VE, and fixes to package bugs.
System and network design, security rules, backup strategy and running your environment are not part of Proxmox support. That is our part.
The levels compared
Every Proxmox VE feature is available without a subscription, and the code is open under AGPLv3. A subscription covers one server and is counted per occupied physical CPU socket. All nodes in a cluster have the same level.

First response is the time until Proxmox answers the ticket, not until the issue is resolved, and applies within Proxmox's support hours for each level. Support hours, terms and list prices are on Proxmox's pricing page and support page.
