$why we exist

From SDNIT to SHEBANG

We started as SDNIT more than a decade ago, convinced that Software Defined Networking was the hottest thing around. Reality had other plans. We became broader, sharper and more complex, SecOps, DevOps, NetOps, AIOps and everything in between. After ten years of explaining whether it's pronounced SD-nit or SDN-IT, we had to be honest: the name had some room for improvement.

Today we're SHEBANG. Same company, same team, same technical backbone, 40+ senior consultants across Stockholm, Gothenburg and Macedonia. Same rule as day one: never recommend anything you wouldn't want to deploy yourself at three in the morning.

We start with your teams, not your slide deck. The real problem almost always sits upstream of what you first asked us to solve.

02Week 1–2

Define

We frame the smallest engagement that actually solves the problem. If two weeks is enough, that's the proposal you get, not a twelve-month programme.

03Week 2–6

Prove

A production-shaped pilot, with success criteria agreed up front. No surprises on demo day.

04Month 2+

Scale

Rollout in waves with measurable checkpoints. Rollback paths tested, not assumed.

Hand back
