DevOps Engineer

About the role

You'll join a crew that actually does the work: we write the code, run pipelines in production and stick around when things break. You choose assignments together with us, and you get time and budget to sharpen your skills, certifications, lab environments and internal knowledge sharing are part of the job, not something you do on your own time.

What you'll do
  • Design and build CI/CD and GitOps pipelines that are fast, deterministic and secure
  • Set up and operate Kubernetes platforms with golden paths developers actually want to use
  • Automate infrastructure with Terraform, modules, state strategy, operational management
  • Coach client development teams on trunk-based development and progressive delivery
  • Contribute to our internal reference architecture and share it internally
What we expect
  • ·Several years of experience with DevOps, platform or infrastructure work in production
  • ·Comfortable with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • ·Strong in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar) and infrastructure as code
  • ·Would rather write a script than do the same thing twice
  • ·Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
Nice to have
  • ·Argo CD, Flux or another GitOps toolset running in production
  • ·Experience with consulting and client communication
  • ·Contributions to open source or personal side projects
