The problem on the table.
Benify's platform is used by large employers across Europe, with clear peaks around payroll runs and benefits periods. Development speed was high, but the operating model was built for a smaller organization: manual steps, unclear ownership between development and operations, and limited visibility when something started to wobble.
What we built.
We worked together with Benify's team to lift platform operations to a modern DevOps model: containerized workloads, infrastructure described as code, automated delivery pipelines, and an observability stack where metrics, logs and tracing tie together. The focus was as much on ways of working as on technology, operations should be something developers own, not something they hand off.
